Monthly subscription includes access to weekly online classes - 4 to 5 classes per month- ( recorded ) + unrecorded Q&R after class + custom intuited playlists. Themes and somatic movement style will change weekly depending on astrology + intuitive guidance. Journaling time and poetry is usually also offered during class . Classes are held every Friday at 6pm pst.
